Stored: On your device only

On deletion: Not applicable — never on our servers

Purchase record (Remove Ads)

Stored: Apple / Google billing systems

On deletion: Managed by Apple or Google — contact them separately

Account deletion removes all data from our systems within 30 days. Your local photos and sessions are stored on-device only and are unaffected — uninstalling the app removes them.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Send an email to support@stytch.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  2. 2Include the email address associated with your Stytch account so we can locate the record.
  3. 3We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
